An opportunity exists to develop the visitor experience and maximise income from retail and corporate hire at the Portsmouth element of the National Museum of the Royal Navy which incorporates HMS Victory both located within Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.
As a key member of the management team, this complex and demanding role is critical to the continuing business development and will focus on planning and operational management across both sites ensuring that visitors enjoy visits of the highest standard. At the same time, you will develop and maximise income from the retail and corporate hire opportunities across both sites. Income generated from these ventures is critical to the ongoing business success of the National Museum.
There will be some weekend and evening working associated with this post
