Core Essentials launches
An independently operated health club has opened in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Called Core Essentials, the club has been equipped by RealRyder and offers personal training, holistic nutrition, core training and group fitness.
Other suppliers to the 280sq m club include WaterRower, TRX, Extreme Kettlebell, Fitworks, Spartan Fitness, D-ball and Lebert Equalizer.
The club has no monthly membership - fees are based on workshops and cycling packages.
