Theme park operator Euro Disney has announced that it has reached an agreement with its lenders and The Walt Disney Company to extend its previous waiver agreement until May 31, 2004.
The previous agreement, under which lenders agreed to forgo their rights with respect to certain financial covenants lasted until March 31.
The new waiver will allow Euro Disney more time to renegotiate the terms of its loans and hopefully avoid a default situation.
